Operate in support of or under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Candidates should have at least three years of relevant work experience and aim to demonstrate their knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes.

Experience: At least 3 years of on-the-job experience in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
Education: No educational waivers are granted for this exam.

Examination Details

Computer-Based Testing (CBT):
- Format: One-part, 110-question exam (100 scored, 10 unscored).
- Duration: Total appointment time is 4.5 hours; exam time is 4 hours and 18 minutes.
- Language: Offered in English only.
Paper and Pencil Testing (PBT):
- Format: One-part, 100-question exam.
- Duration: 4 hours.
- Language: Available in Mandarin at certain locations. Check available translated exams, dates, and locations.
Open Book: Reference materials are allowed. Candidates must bring their own materials and calculators.
Delivery Options: Includes online, remote proctored examinations. More details are available on the computer-based testing page.

What Happens if I Pass/Fail?

PASS:
- CBT: Immediate results after completing the exam. Confirmation and digital certificate details will be emailed within 3-5 business days. Digital credentials are managed through Accredible.
FAIL:
- CBT: Summary of performance will be emailed within 3-5 business days. You can retake the exam at a reduced rate within 2 years from the initial attempt. Results for paper-based tests will be slightly delayed.

Identification Policy: Present a valid, government-issued photo ID with a signature (e.g., driver’s license or passport) that matches the name on your application.
Calculator Policy: Use of calculators is allowed as specified in the FAQs.
Arrival Time: Ensure timely arrival as per test center policies.
Absences, Cancellations, Reschedules: Follow guidelines provided in the FAQs for handling absences or rescheduling.
Prohibited Items: Personal belongings must be stored in a temporary locker at the test center.
