Purpose
The MoP Practitioner certification demonstrates your ability to apply and tailor the MoP (Management of Portfolios) guidance effectively within a practical context. It ensures that you can analyze portfolio data, documentation, and roles, and advise on the implementation of appropriate practices and techniques. This certification equips you to apply the MoP methodology to real-life portfolios, enhancing your capability to manage and optimize portfolio management practices within your organization.

Pre-Requisites
To be eligible for the MoP Practitioner examination, you must hold a current MoP Foundation certificate.
Booking an Exam where Pre-Requisites Apply
Ensure that you provide verified proof of completion of the MoP Foundation certification when booking the Practitioner exam. Your examination results will be withheld until the prerequisite is confirmed. If you cannot provide the required documentation, you will need to complete the Foundation certification before your Practitioner exam results are released.
Exam Format

Objective Testing Format: The exam consists of four questions per paper.

Marks Available: 20 marks per question, totaling 80 marks per paper.

Passing Marks: 40 marks required to pass (50% of total available marks).

Duration: 180 minutes.

Open Book Exam: Candidates may use the official printed hard copy of the Management of Portfolios guide. The manual may be annotated and tabulated, but sticky notes and loose-leaf papers with additional notes are not allowed.

PDF and e-Book Option: Due to the impact of the coronavirus, from April 13, 2020, to December 31, 2021, individuals are permitted to print PDFs for exams and use PDFs or official e-books on a second device (e.g., smartphones, tablets, and laptops) during open book exams.
