Role Overview

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and support onboarding activities.
• Help in drafting job descriptions, posting jobs, and managing HR documentation.
• Support daily HR operations, employee engagement activities, and policy execution.
• Maintain reports, trackers, and ensure smooth communication with candidates.

Requirements :
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.

Qualifications :
Graduate / Undergraduate in HR, BBA, MBA or related field.

Experience :
Fresher / 0–1 year (Internship Role).
