Role Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Present and promote company services to prospective clients.
• Handle client queries, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Build strong relationships and ensure excellent client experience.

• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions effectively.
• Professional, confident, and positive attitude.
• Good networking skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
Qualifications :
Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience :
1–2 years in Sales (EdTech, Training, or Service Industry preferred).
