Role Overview

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Train and mentor participants through hands-on sessions, problem-solving, case studies, assignments, and capstone projects.
• Analyze training needs, develop courseware including real-world case studies, and conduct technical training programs.
• Bring real project use-case scenarios to enhance hands-on expertise for participants.
• Evaluate participant progress through quizzes, assessments, and assignments.

Experience / Skills :
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Should have delivered 25+ trainings in one or more of the following technologies:
  – Java Full Stack (Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices)
  – Databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  – Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)
  – Front-end Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, React)
  – Back-end Technologies (Node.js, .NET, .NET Core, C#, Microservices)
  – DevOps & Containers (Docker, CI/CD)
  – IT Security (ISO, CISA, CISSP, CompTIA, Cisco)
  – SAP FICO
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
