What is ITIL
The acronym ITIL stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library. What is ITIL 4 Certification?
The ITIL Foundation book, released on February 18, 2019, laid the foundation of the ITIL4 Edition. It expands on previous versions, i.e. ITIL 3 and ITIL 2, by providing a practical and flexible basis to support organizations on their journey to the new world of digital transformation.
ITIL4 presents an end-to-end IT/digital operating model for the delivery and operation of tech-enabled products and services. There are two key components of the ITIL 4 framework: ITIL service value system (SVS) and Four dimensions model.
ICMB offers the ITIL Certification in a modular model. There are four modules: Foundation, Intermediate, Expert and Master. Candidates earn a certification and credits after successful completion of each module. Here are the details of credit.
